Twenty five μl reaction mixture in each well included 5 μl 5 × TRAPeze RT Reaction Mix, 0.4 μl Taq Polymerase (5 units/μl), 2 μl enzyme extract from HL-60 cells, and 17.6 μl nuclease free water containing various amount of PP-0.39 as indicated. The real-time experiment was conducted to include PCR parameters described in Experimental Procedures to obtain average Ct values. Data are expressed as means±SD, n = 3 in each group. The amount of TSR8 was derived from the standard curve shown in Fig. 6.
