Inhibition of telomerase activity of HL-60 cells by PP-0.39 in cell culture.

HL-60 cells were subcultured at an initial concentration of 105 cells/ml with or without the indicated amount of PP-0.39. After incubation for 3 days, 106 cells from each flask were sedimented for enzyme extraction as described in materials and methods. Aliquots of 2 μl were withdrawn for the assay of telomerase activity as described in Table 3.
