    Male, 3-year-old, Preoperative axial MRI showed tumor located at the central part of cerebellar vermis. Tumor grew into the fourth ventricle, and the size was approximately 4 cm × 4.5 cm. The signal was uneven, and the enhancement scan showed stronger uneven signal. There was sign of obstructive hydrocephalus. Postoperative pathological diagnose showed medulloblastoma.

The enhancement scan showed stronger even signal. There was sign of obstructive hydrocephalus. Postoperative pathological diagnose showed teratoma.
